A part of your wedding day that is often looked over are your wedding details. You already have so much on your plate to figure out about your big day. So I put together a packing list just for you on what to pack for wedding day detail photos for your photographer!
Because I (Grace) love numbers ending in 0 or 5, here are 10 items to be sure you have for both the bride and groom!
10 things every bride should be sure to bring
- All three rings (with the ring box)
- Veil
- Dress & a pretty hanger
- Full Invitation Suite
– Such as… invites, details card, RSVP card, envelopes, vellum wrap, ribbon, anything you’re sending guests (and maybe more!)
– We recommend putting an address you’re ok with being shared online like the address of your first or favorite date spot
– Have multiples of cards for us if there are two sides, we want to capture the fullness of your suite! - Save the Dates
- Your bouquet & extra loose flowers (this adds SO much character)
- Jewelry (necklace, earrings, bracelet, etc)
- Vow Book
- Perfume
- Shoes
10 things every groom should be sure to bring
- Tie/Bowtie
- Watch
- Cologne
- Shoes
- Belt/Suspenders
- Boutonniere
- Handkerchief
- Vow Book
- Any notes/gifts from one another
- Cufflinks
A couple pro tips:
- Most of these things you’ll should already have the morning of, but a few of these things do take prior planning and prep to have! (Ask the florist for loose florals & have an full invitation suite including save the dates)
- To keep all of your special details together, put the bridal & groom details in a box or container, anything to keep it all together and safe and easy to transport the day of!
- BONUS: Amazon has so many fun trinkets like trays and ring boxes. We obviously have our own, but if you have a vision and color scheme, order your own and include them in your box!
- BONUS x2: Late night flat lays have been a trend we are SOO here for! Examples are in the last two photos, if we have the time at your reception, ya betcha we’ll be doing one!
Be sure to get your details all together sooner than later so that you have one less thing to stress about the closer you get to the big day!
